I could easily access the ski rental and ski pass directly from the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. The breakfast provided was delicious and provided a great start to my active day. I also loved the thermal outdoor swimming pool, which was the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing.

However, the room size was small and had poor acoustic isolation. The staff at the front desk was unwelcoming towards our extra room request and lacked a positive attitude, even though we were ready to pay an extra fee.

There were additional hidden costs for airport shuttle, ski equipment, ski pass and drinks not included in the package.
